1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (AGB) govern the use of the SveltyCMS Marketplace platform ("Marketplace").

2. Registration

To purchase or sell packages on the Marketplace, you must create an account.

3. Packages & Licensing

All packages available on the Marketplace are licensed, not sold.

4. Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All prices include applicable VAT.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are generally not offered after download.

6. Developer Terms

Developers publishing packages on the Marketplace agree to our Developer Agreement. The Marketplace retains a 30% commission on sales.

7. Limitation of Liability

SveltyCMS is not liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use packages.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is Berlin.
